The one-day course in infection control includes a thorough study of topics. For example, the principles of infection prevention and control, understanding types of infection, the chain of infection and breaking the chain. Other topics are the importance of good hygiene and personal protective equipment. Furthermore, the course will cover employer and employee responsibilities concerning health & safety. Also, there are modules on effective food hygiene and storage, and spotting and tackling pests. This essential training will ensure your staff is up-to-date. In other words, they will be familiar with the latest infection prevention protocols and equipped with the knowledge to keep your warehouse safe.
The two-day course in waste reduction, cost efficiency, and sustainability focuses on the 5S Framework principles, sustainable business practices, types of waste in lean inventory management, and reducing the risk of spoilage. Your team will learn about the importance of reducing waste and its positive impact on the environment and the bottom line. By attending the course, your staff will be equipped to identify inefficiencies and mitigate them to reduce waste and increase cost-efficiency.
