We’re excited to announce that TRS Training has launched a new Community Hero of the Month Award! We’re asking TRS learners/apprentices and their employers to tell us about any community/charity projects or events you are involved with. Each month all examples of your community involvement will go into a hat, and we will pick out two at random. We’ll be making a donation of £50 each to the charity or community initiative you are supporting.
So for a TRS apprentice/learner, this might be something you are doing in your spare time, outside work. For example, you may be participating in a sponsored run with friends, helping out at a food bank, planting trees or volunteering with a local charity. Or it might be something you are doing with colleagues at work.
For an employer, this might be a corporate event raising money for a chosen charity. Or your participation in a project that supports local or global community initiatives.
Please send your examples of community or charity involvement to pavlina@trstrainingltd.com
If possible, please include a photo (landscape) of yourself or your staff participating in your community activity. Please ensure you have permission from anyone who appears in it the picture. Then give us a line or two about the activity you are involved with and which charity/community initiative it supports.
Look out for announcements about our TRS Training Community Hero Award winners for December in our TRS Training Update e-bulletin and on TRS social media.
